We started by clearing the garden, removing any overgrown plants, weeds, and debris that had built up over time. This included cutting back bushes, uprooting unwanted vegetation, and disposing of any old materials or structures that were no longer needed. With the space cleared, we ensured the ground was level and ready for the next stage of the project—preparing a solid foundation for the new shed.
Next, we built a cement-based concrete base to provide a strong and stable foundation for the shed. The process involved digging out the area, laying a layer of gravel for drainage, and then pouring the concrete to create a smooth, level surface. Once the concrete had set and cured properly, we had a durable, long-lasting base that would support the shed and protect it from ground moisture, ensuring its stability and longevity for years to come.
