Internal Decorating

We started by preparing the interior of the Victorian-style property for painting, focusing on creating a clean and smooth surface for the new coat. This involved removing any old wallpaper or peeling paint, followed by filling in cracks, holes, and imperfections in the walls and woodwork. All surfaces were sanded to ensure proper adhesion of the paint, and the rooms were thoroughly cleaned to remove dust and debris. We also took the time to protect furniture, floors, and fixtures by covering them with drop cloths or plastic sheeting to avoid any splatters or spills during the painting process.

Once the preparation was complete, we applied a high-quality paint that complemented the classic style of the Victorian home, carefully selecting colors that would highlight the ornate detailing and intricate features. The painting was done in layers for a smooth, even finish, paying close attention to areas like the ceiling moldings, decorative trim, and windowsills, which are typical of Victorian interiors. The result was a beautifully refreshed living space, with vibrant walls that accentuated the architectural beauty of the property while providing long-lasting protection and a timeless appeal.
