This downstairs toilet in winchmoore hill was very dated.
In small areas like these it can be more time consuming as there is only room for one tradesman to work.
The toilet, basin, boxing and tiles were all taken out. The walls were plastered and new boxing in was built covering the copper pipes. New plumbing work was fitted including a stylish chrome waste and isolation valves so each appliance can be turned off separately without having to turn the main water supply to the house off.
The floor and walls were completely tiled with a chrome trim fitted around the window.
